The rates provided are per 2 people a day and include taxes, stream, heating, towels and bedclothes.10% supplement for stays less than 5 days. By early departure or late arrival we charge the total amount of the period booked.
On your departure the apartments should be left within 10 am. On your arrival the apartments are free from 3 pm. Credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation: The Consumer Protection Code does not detail any rights with regard to cancellations, however we apply the following conditions should a cancellation be necessary. Cancelling a booking one month or more prior to the beginning of the holiday will result in the deposit being retained to cover the cancellation charges. A cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday will incur 70% of the total booking cost per apartment. The full price is payable in the case of a cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, for late arrivals and also for early departures.
The entire house is a no-smoking area; hence smoking is also prohibited in the apartments.

The Braunsberg Apartment for 2-3 people consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC, wash basin, living area with kitchenette, corner bench with table and chairs, sofa, balcony or terrace.
